Rawa Voivodeship (Polish: Województwo Rawskie) was a unit of administrative division and local government in the Kingdom of Poland since 15th century till the partitions of Poland in 1795. Together with the Plock Voivodeship and Masovian Voivodeship it formed the province of Mazovia.
